All of the pies and cakes shown on this site were commandeered directly from regular production, paused on a cloth covered table for
a quick photo shoot, and returned to be packed for shipment. The only exceptions are the cut pieces shown that were enjoyed by family
and friends. While these products are handmade and may vary slightly from the pictures, what you see is what you get. For over 30
years, all we have ever wanted to do was create and bake great tasting products that are a pleasure to consume. Cathy created this
website for us, and she is audacious enough to think that just because she can make a perfect pastry, she can "bake up" a website
